Summary

The Part-Time Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring service and helps customers find products that meet their needs. This customer-focused role supports sales goals, store initiatives, and a collaborative shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by keeping the customer at the center of decisions and working toward sales goals.
• Represent Ralph Lauren brand expectations and support company initiatives and team training.
• Build client relationships and use digital and alternative shopping tools to improve product discovery and purchasing.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, and share customer and category feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
