Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a customer first experience through personalized service and product knowledge. The role supports sales objectives and brand standards while contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment. This position is an entry point for future leadership opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and create inspiring shopping experiences.
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
• Support achievement of sales plans by collaborating with the team.
• Connect customers to loyalty programs and educate on programs and offerings.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities and maintain back of house processes.
• Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment.
• Participate in company trainings and contribute product feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on the sales floor for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing.
• Ability to operate the register and perform point of sale transactions.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team and customers.
