Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a customer first experience through personalized service and product knowledge. The role supports sales objectives and brand standards while contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and create inspiring shopping experiences.
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support achievement of sales plans by collaborating with the team.
- Connect customers to loyalty programs and educate on programs and offerings.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and maintain back of house processes.
- Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment.
- Participate in company trainings and contribute product feedback to management.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on the sales floor for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing.
- Ability to operate the register and perform point of sale transactions.
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team and customers.
