Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized, customer-first shopping experience that drives sales and brand loyalty. They represent the brand on the sales floor, support visual and operational standards, and serve as an entry point to leadership roles within the company. The role requires a collaborative, customer-focused approach and a passion for fashion and styling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and prioritize the customer experience
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) and contribute to sales plans
• Connect customers through the Polo Connect program and educate customers on company programs and offerings
• Assist in fitting rooms and maintain store standards, including opening and closing duties
• Support operational activities such as floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), and visual merchandising
• Participate in company trainings and provide product and customer feedback to management

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer and team relationships
• Ability to stand, move, and work on the sales floor for extended periods and operate the register
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and back of house
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, possible overnight shifts and travel
