Part-Time Brand Ambassador providing personalized and inspiring customer service in a high-volume retail environment. Role focuses on driving daily sales, supporting company initiatives, and delivering a consistent brand-aligned experience while building clientele and participating in training.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through customer-focused service
• Proactively engage customers and support business initiatives
• Participate in team training and utilize new retail technology
• Represent and deliver the Ralph Lauren customer experience standards
• Support alternative purchasing processes such as click to collect and ship to home
• Assist with product discovery tools like QR codes and digital catalogs
• Provide feedback to management on category and customer opportunities
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Effective communication with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register and remain on feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks on the sales floor
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
• Comfort using retail technology and alternative purchasing platforms
