Summary
Primary point of contact for development and growth of Polo and Lauren brands within assigned store(s) or territory, focusing on wholesale partner relationships, in-store presentation, and collaboration with sales and internal partners to elevate brand presentation and drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by communicating sales performance, trends, and opportunities to account and internal partners
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with store management, sales partners, and retail leadership
- Create and execute compelling merchandise statements and floor moves aligned to brand strategies
- Perform regular store visits to assess and act on merchandising and presentation needs
- Ensure timely processing of inventory, price changes, markdowns, and stockroom organization
- Conduct monthly product and selling seminars to educate and engage store teams
- Partner with store teams on staffing, selection, and ensuring best in class talent
- Provide hands-on training on incoming deliveries, key styles, and product knowledge
- Travel as needed to support store and business needs
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience with strong business acumen and numbers driven mindset
- Highly organized with ability to multitask and execute operationally
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Proactive, motivated, independent, and professional attitude
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; basic photography skills preferred
- College degree preferred
- Ability to travel, potentially overnight
- Experience working with retail sales teams and merchandising
