Summary
Primary point of contact for Ralph Lauren family of businesses focused on driving sales, maintaining selling standards, building account relationships, and providing training to in store teams across the NJ Metro area. Role requires regular store visits, business analysis, and collaboration with store management and internal teams to identify opportunities and execute merchandising strategies.
Responsibilities
- Monitor business performance including volume, best sellers, sell through, AUR, and margin trends.
- Provide bi weekly business recaps and share key learnings with account partners and leadership.
- Review business with store management, sales, planning, and retail development teams to identify opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong account partnerships and collaborate continuously.
- Execute merchandising and floor moves consistent with seasonal directives and brand guidelines.
- Ensure store maintenance standards including processing new inventory, price changes, and markdowns.
- Walk departments weekly to assess and address merchandising and stockroom organization.
- Conduct product and selling seminars to improve selling culture and performance.
- Provide selling technique coaching and empower store teams.
Requirements
- Strong business acumen with numbers driven approach.
- Able to develop influential collaborative relationships across teams and functions.
- Motivated independent self starter with professional attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and photography skills.
- College degree preferred.
- Experience in retail account management or similar store based role.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
