Summary
Responsible for driving sales and maintaining selling standards for the Ralph Lauren family of businesses in the DC Metro area, building account relationships, providing training to in-store teams, and executing strategies to grow business and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for Ralph Lauren brands within assigned accounts.
- Drive sales growth through execution of leadership strategies and disciplined business management.
- Produce bi-weekly business recaps on sales trends, sell-through, AUR and margin improvement.
- Conduct regular store visits to review business and identify opportunities with store management and partners.
- Execute in-store presentation standards, floor moves, and seasonal directives.
- Ensure timely processing of new inventory, price changes and markdowns.
- Maintain organized stockroom practices to support replenishment.
- Provide product and selling seminars and demonstrate selling techniques to improve regular priced selling.
