Summary
The Brand Manager will drive growth for various Ralph Lauren brands within assigned stores or territory by developing relationships with wholesale partners and store teams, balancing creative merchandising with sales analysis to present brands in an elevated manner.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for brand growth across assigned store or territory.
- Develop and maintain strong account and store partnerships through continuous collaboration.
- Communicate business recaps including sales trends, sell through, AUR and replenishment performance.
- Execute leadership strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Implement in store presentation and floor moves based on seasonal directives and receipts.
- Walk and assess families of business weekly and act on findings promptly.
- Ensure timely processing of new inventory, price changes and markdowns, and maintain organized stockroom.
- Conduct monthly product and selling seminars to educate and elevate the selling team.
- Support staffing efforts including interviewing and selection to maintain full staffing levels.
Requirements
- Strong business acumen with a numbers driven mindset.
- Previous leadership experience and ability to inspire others.
- Highly organized with ability to multitask and execute in store needs.
- Proficient computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint; basic photography skills preferred.
- Ability to travel overnight occasionally.
- College degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build influential cross functional relationships.
