Summary
The Brand Manager will be the primary contact for growth of Ralph Lauren brands within assigned store or territory, developing relationships with wholesale partners and collaborating with sales partners and internal teams to present brands in an elevated manner while balancing creative merchandising and sales analysis.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for brand growth across assigned store or territory
- Develop and maintain strong account and store partnerships through continuous collaboration
- Communicate business performance including sales trends, sell through, AUR and opportunities to leadership and partners
- Execute merchandising strategies and seasonal floor moves consistent with brand guidelines
- Conduct regular store visits for assessment and timely action on merchandising and inventory
- Ensure store maintenance standards and organized stockroom for effective replenishment
- Provide coaching and conduct monthly product and selling seminars for sales teams
- Partner in hiring and staffing to maintain full staffing levels and best in class talent
- Travel overnight occasionally as required
Requirements
- Strong business acumen with numbers driven mindset
- Previous leadership skills and ability to coach teams
- Highly organized with ability to multitask and execute operational needs
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint and basic photography skills
- Motivated, independent self-starter with professional attitude
- College degree preferred
