Responsibilities- Develop and partner with the brand planning team on building seasonal Global Line Plans.
- Create super season category strategies inclusive of style and SKU plans.
- Partner with regional buying partners and conduct market research to identify category opportunities.
- Present findings to design partners to influence seasonal development.
- Prepare and present weekly sales trend analysis and SKU productivity reports.
- Attend cross-functional team meetings and manage the OK to BUY process.
- Manage data entry and system updates for merchandising item definitions and line changes.
- Communicate critical merchandising information to key functional areas.
- Present line assortment to cross-functional partners during adoption and line opening presentations.
- Conduct quarterly trend market research and competitive shopping.
- Ensure adherence to product category calendar milestones and optimize weekly operations.
- Manage sample accuracy and tracking for product categories.
- Create and maintain documents such as line lists and regional sample reviews.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Strong merchandising or buying experience in Women's RTW, Accessories, and Footwear.
- Strong analytical and retail math skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Leadership and influencing skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate.
- Creative problem solver with a solution-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and operate during ambiguity.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Retail Math, Adobe XD, and systems knowledge (GFE+).
