Job Description

Summary

As a CRM Associate at KREWE, you will be responsible for developing and executing Email and SMS campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. Based in our New York Headquarters, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our global CRM, ensuring effective communication with all D2C KREWE customers and subscribers.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage the Email and SMS/MMS campaign calendar for eCommerce, retail, and special events.
  • Create campaign briefs for creative and copy teams, and review designs for best practices and engagement.
  • Compile, schedule, and send campaigns using Klaviyo and Attentive programs.
  • Administer KREWE CRM Systems, ensuring data accuracy and privacy compliance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop CRM strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize future campaigns using data-driven insights.
  • Design and execute subscriber growth campaigns across digital touchpoints.
  • Develop loyalty and retention programs to enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Create reports and dashboards to track engagement and conversion KPIs.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in CRM management or related roles.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven track record in digital project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, ideally Klaviyo.
  • Experience in personalization and segmentation marketing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills and database segmentation experience.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations.
