Responsibilities- Manage project management for the CRM team, gathering needs and updates weekly.
- Oversee regional contact plans by boutique to drive client loyalty and prepare target groups for communication channels.
- Build and run customer reports based on behavior and local requests.
- Support the creation of a localized CRM ambassador program and share best practices across programs.
- Design and deploy local emails via Salesforce for boutique activations and support clienteling application adoption.
- Manage gifting processes for North American programs and propose ideas to elevate initiatives.
- Research local gifting partners and manage communication with warehouses for distribution.
- Perform administrative tasks such as creating vendors and inputting purchase orders.
Requirements- 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing & CRM.
- Preferred retail experience and ability to create training documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAP, and PowerBI.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills tailored to audience needs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate findings into business actions.
- Experience with fashion, luxury, retail, and/or lifestyle brands preferred.
- Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
