Join a luxury fashion house as a Client Advisor reporting to the Store Manager at the Ala Moana location. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, meeting sales goals, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting store operations and visual standards.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPI metrics through client outreach and appointments
- Utilize selling techniques including cross selling multiple selling and upselling to maximize transactions
- Develop new clients and maintain client profile records
- Communicate new collection deliveries in store events and brand initiatives to clients
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures including cycle counts and light cleaning
- Maintain visual standards merchandise presentation signage and lighting
- Sustain product knowledge using training resources and seek feedback to improve
- Support a respectful inclusive work environment and comply with company policies
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience preferably in luxury
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPI targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and team oriented work ethic
- Polished well groomed appearance and interest in fashion and industry trends
- Availability to work closing shifts minimum three times per week and specific weekend schedule including Saturdays and Sundays
- Available for annual inventory and full holiday season
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor climb a ladder and lift packages of 5-8 lbs regularly
