Summary
As a Client Advisor you will represent the brand by delivering best-in-class service and building lasting client relationships to achieve sales objectives. You will engage clients in-store and remotely, provide expert product knowledge and styling advice, and support store operations to ensure a luxury client experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage clients proactively to build rapport and deepen relationships both in-store and remotely.
- Deliver personalized client experiences using storytelling and product expertise.
- Drive individual and store sales through effective selling techniques and KPI monitoring.
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create selling opportunities.
- Accurately process POS transactions and capture client information.
- Support stock maintenance, inventories, and general store administration.
- Maintain store visual standards and follow grooming and operational policies.
- Collect and leverage client information to tailor service and recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive store environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a strong sales track record.
- Deep knowledge of fashion and luxury and strong commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different clients and situations.
- High ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust.
- Flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic retail environment.
- Willingness to attend training and maintain up to date product knowledge.
