Summary
The Client Advisor represents the brand by delivering exceptional client experiences, cultivating relationships, and supporting store goals. Reporting to store leadership, the role involves sales, clienteling, and supporting visual merchandising or training needs as required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver the Moncler Client Promise and client experience standards.
- Develop and cultivate long-lasting client relationships through active clientele management.
- Proactively reach out to existing clients and develop new clients to drive sales and KPIs.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory preparation and execution as needed.
- Follow up with customer charge sends, repairs, and holds.
- Support and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with operations and store leadership to adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Participate as a team player in store activities and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Alternatively, hospitality or other client service experience may be acceptable.
- Client-centric with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional presentation and ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Dependable, punctual, flexible, and team-oriented.
- Passion for fashion and the luxury goods industry.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Word Excel and Outlook.
