Responsibilities

• Develop and deepen client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales plans.
• Capture and maintain client data using POS and client tracking systems.
• Deliver memorable, personalized selling experiences using the brand's service standards.
• Promote key product pillars and collaborate with the team to optimize store hospitality and amenities.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles with a proven track record of sales results.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to serve a diverse client base with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States; preferred: college degree, GIA coursework or Graduate Gemologist credentials, and proficiency in multiple languages.
