Summary

As a Client Advisor, you will deliver personalized luxury service to clients at the Wailea store, building long-term relationships and tailoring experiences to client needs. You will advise clients across all product categories, demonstrate deep product knowledge, and contribute to the store’s commercial objectives. Success in this role requires a customer-focused mindset, curiosity, and the ability to use clienteling tools to maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and targets
• Learn and master Brand and product knowledge across categories
• Advise and guide clients through product selection and purchases
• Leverage clienteling tools and systems to develop and maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferred, ideally within a high-end or luxury market; strong customer-centric experience will be considered
• Strong commercial and sales mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
• Curiosity, professionalism, and willingness to learn industry-leading training and product information
