Summary
The Client Advisor acts as a Brand Ambassador delivering exceptional client experiences, cultivating relationships, and achieving individual and store sales goals. Reporting to store leadership, the role supports visual merchandising or training needs and assists with operational tasks to uphold brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide a high level of customer service consistent with brand standards
- Discover client needs and guide clients across the brand to drive sales
- Develop and cultivate long term client relationships through active client management
- Achieve and exceed personal sales goals and store KPIs such as ADT and UPT
- Participate as a team member in store activities and maintain a collaborative environment
- Support inventory preparation and operational tasks including charge sends repairs and holds
- Support and maintain visual merchandising standards in the store
- Review personal KPI performance and adjust sales approach to improve results
- Learn and maintain product and brand knowledge to inform clients
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience preferably in a luxury environment
- Customer service or hospitality experience acceptable in lieu of retail
- Team oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional presentation and ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Dependable punctual and flexible with ability to perform varied duties as requested
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- Ability to communicate in English required additional languages preferred
