Summary
Seasonal Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, representing brand values, supporting store operations, and helping achieve sales and KPI targets. Reports to a Client Advisor Manager or Store Manager and may assist with visual merchandising or training needs.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide outstanding client experience per brand standards
- Develop and cultivate long lasting client relationships through proactive outreach
- Drive sales and achieve individual and store KPIs such as ADT and UPT
- Support inventory preparation and operational tasks as required
- Follow up on customer charge sends, repairs, and holds
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with store presentation
- Collaborate with store leadership to adhere to company policies and procedures
- Participate as a team player and contribute to a positive work environment
- Learn and master brand and product knowledge
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail or relevant client service experience
- Experience in a luxury environment preferred
- Client centric with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional presentation and dependable work ethic including punctuality and flexibility
- Ability to communicate in English; additional languages preferred
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
