Client Advisor - Aspen

Summary

The Client Advisor delivers exceptional client experiences representing the brand, cultivates client relationships, supports store sales goals, and assists with visual merchandising or training as needed. Reporting to store leadership, this role contributes to a collaborative team environment and supports operational duties including inventory and customer follow up.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide excellent client experiences consistent with brand standards
• Develop and maintain long lasting client relationships through proactive outreach
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key KPIs
• Support visual merchandising and maintain brand presentation standards
• Assist with inventory preparation and operational tasks
• Follow up on customer charge sends repairs and holds
• Collaborate with store team to uphold company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience preferably in luxury or equivalent client service experience
• Team oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional presentation and client centric mindset
• Dependable punctual and flexible with availability for store needs
• Proficiency in English written and verbal; additional languages preferred
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools
