Sales Ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and curated lifestyle experiences that reflect the brand. This role focuses on clienteling, product knowledge, styling recommendations, and supporting store sales goals while coaching peers and contributing to team initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service with detailed product knowledge and styling recommendations.
- Develop personal business growth through wardrobing, outreach, and digital clienteling tools.
- Support team sales plans and meet individual performance metrics such as SPH and data capture.
- Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to improve customer centric behaviors and relationship building.
- Use CRM tools to capture customer data and support clienteling and business initiatives.
- Participate in store and company initiatives including community outreach and training.
- Maintain store visual standards using company guidelines and visual techniques.
- Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience and provide feedback to management on category needs.
- Support talent sourcing and contribute to a positive inclusive team environment.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a high volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, move, walk for extended periods and operate the register.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas.
- Experience using digital selling tools and CRM preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co workers.
- Ability to follow company policies and support team training and initiatives.
