Full-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. Acts as a brand representative, supports store initiatives, and contributes to team training and community engagement. Plays a key role in driving sales performance and supporting alternative purchasing and digital product discovery tools.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling
- Support execution of company and store initiatives and maintain store standards
- Participate in and support team training to achieve business results
- Engage clients using creative outreach and community initiatives
- Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly Click to Zoom JRNI and Ship to Home
- Broaden product discovery through QR codes digital catalogs and virtual stores
- Provide feedback to management on successes opportunities and category needs
- Support a collaborative customer centric environment and champion company values
- Operate register and maintain productivity standards throughout the sales floor
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a complex high volume or high profile specialty environment preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand walk and move for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to operate the register and maneuver around sales floor stock and dressing rooms
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible travel
- Proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with customers management and co workers
- Planning prioritization and time management skills
