Summary
Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver personalized and inspiring customer experiences that drive sales and support store and company initiatives. This role focuses on customer engagement, supporting new shopping technologies, and contributing to team training and store standards. It serves as an entry point to future leadership opportunities within the brand.
Responsibilities
- Drive daily sales by focusing on the customer and achieving sales goals.
- Proactively engage customers to build clientele and enhance the shopping experience.
- Support company initiatives and represent brand expectations on the sales floor.
- Participate in team training and provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities.
- Utilize More Ways to Shop and alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home.
- Broaden product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores.
- Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to foster an inclusive and customer centered environment.
Requirements
- Retail or similar high volume specialty environment experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register, stand and move for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and back room areas.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co workers.
