Summary

The Client Advisor delivers the Tiffany Experience by embodying the brand and creating exceptional client interactions. The role focuses on developing client relationships, exceeding commercial targets, and fostering clienteling with an entrepreneurial approach. The advisor represents the brand in-store and collaborates with central and local teams to drive client loyalty and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Embody the Tiffany brand and deliver exceptional in-store client experiences through personalized service.
• Build and maintain client relationships and clienteling to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
• Capture and maintain accurate client data using POS and client tracking systems.
• Conduct client appointments, discovery, and styling to convert sales across key product pillars.
• Optimize store hospitality and amenities and act on client feedback to elevate the in-store experience.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles.
• Proven track record of achieving sales results.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• College or university degree preferred.
