Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable, tailored service to clients throughout the sales ceremony
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and clientele tools
• Demonstrate and communicate deep product knowledge and brand heritage
• Support merchandising and shop floor maintenance
• Uphold visual presentation standards and brand image
• Assist with implementation of sales policies and initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in women’s and men’s ready to wear
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Commitment to delivering high end customer service
