Client Advisor - Belmont Park Village

As a Client Advisor at our new outlet in Belmont Park Village, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing client relationships. You will be responsible for achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional client service in line with Valentino's standards.

• Achieve sales goals and KPIs through excellent clienteling and engagement.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on client retention and recruitment.
• Deliver impeccable Valentino Couture Service throughout the client journey.
• Manage sales and after-sales activities, including returns and repairs.
• Ensure product maintenance and replenishment on the sales floor.
• Follow visual display guidelines and report relevant information to management.
• Use POS system for client transactions and assist with operational tasks as needed.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail industry.
• Proven track record in sales and client relationship management.
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of the client journey.
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Team player with confidence in developing relationships with clients and colleagues.
