Client Advisor - Beverly Hills

As a Client Advisor at Berluti Beverly Hills, you will play a vital role in representing the Berluti brand and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will act as a brand ambassador, connecting with clients and maintaining the highest quality standards through an exceptional selling ceremony.

• Meet individual and store sales targets.
• Incorporate product knowledge, brand information, and history into the selling ceremony to maximize sales and build client loyalty.
• Capture and enter all relevant customer information into the database.
• Build and expand a client book, follow up with client concerns and inquiries, and maintain customer correspondence to drive business.
• Assist with visual merchandising, general housekeeping, and store image maintenance.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as required.

• 3+ years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
• Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the Berluti brand.
• Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships through communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Fluency in English is required; speaking a second language is a plus.
