Client Advisor - Beverly Hills Saks

Summary

As a Client Advisor in the Beverly Hills Saks boutique you will create exceptional client experiences through personalized service, styling, and strong client relationships. You will drive sales and meet KPIs by proactively engaging clientele, leveraging CRM tools, and delivering Valentino's couture service standards. The role includes merchandising, POS operations, and collaboration with store and visual teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized client service throughout the client journey and build long-term relationships.
• Proactively engage existing and potential clients, execute CRM campaigns, and capture client data.
• Work to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and commission-driven results.
• Provide styling guidance, curate looks, and stay informed on trends and new arrivals.
• Support merchandise replenishment, visual presentation, returns/after-sales activities, and daily store operations including POS transactions.

Requirements

• Previous luxury retail sales experience with a proven track record of achieving results.
• Exceptional clienteling, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; team player and problem-solver; foreign languages a plus.
