Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service and follow the brand selling ceremony
- Capture and maintain accurate client data using company CRM tools
- Maintain an organized client book and provide timely follow up on sales and requests
- Contribute to visual merchandising and uphold store image standards
- Maintain organized understock and stock room and adhere to security procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a consistent client experience
- Provide fashion and product advice reflecting knowledge of trends and brand heritage
- Follow company policies and procedures and work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales or comparable customer service experience
- Proven ability to drive sales results and build lasting client relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and multitasking ability
- Strong organization accuracy and attention to detail
- Team focused with ability to collaborate effectively
- Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment and adapt to different customers
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
