Client Advisor

Summary

Provide personalized client service and product expertise to deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience. Build relationships with clients to drive sales and ensure client retention while representing the brand with professionalism. Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve individual and store performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide individualized product recommendations and styling guidance
• Develop and maintain client relationships through follow up and personalized service
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store revenue
• Conduct client appointments and private shopping experiences
• Process transactions accurately and handle merchandise with care
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation
• Participate in inventory management and loss prevention procedures
• Collaborate with team members to support store operations and events

Requirements

• Proven experience in a client facing retail or luxury environment preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and deliver high level customer service
• Comfortable working in a sales driven environment with performance goals
• Reliable availability including weekends and holidays as required
• Professional appearance and presentation
• Basic point of sale and cash handling experience
