Summary

Customer-facing sales role focused on styling and educating clients on ready to wear and custom-made products. The Style Advisor builds relationships through personalized service, meets sales metrics, and supports store standards and visual presentation. This position is for a new store opening at The Forum Shops in Caesars Palace.

Responsibilities

• Complete a multi-layered training program to develop product and styling expertise
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of merchandise
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics
• Build client relationships to increase loyalty through the brand program
• Maintain attractive merchandise presentation according to visual guidelines
• Ensure store standards and operations meet company expectations
• Perform additional duties assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales hospitality or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture
• Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
