Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including text and social media outreach
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow the Nordstrom Rewards program
• Provide exceptional service by advising on style and fit and meeting customers on their terms
• Support merchandising tasks such as filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Work flexibly across departments as needed and support team objectives

• Interest in using networking and technology to drive sales and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs and excel in a team environment
