Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide an elevated and welcoming client experience on the sales floor
• Build sales through styling expertise seasonal trends and product knowledge
• Engage in clienteling by capturing client data and cultivating relationships
• Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Demonstrate brand knowledge of product and brand DNA
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or customer service
• Proven ability to generate sales and build client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational follow-up and time management skills
• Computer skills including operating a POS and Microsoft Office
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
