Summary

Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences at the Cabazon outlet while achieving individual and store sales goals. Role requires strong luxury retail knowledge, product expertise in womens and mens ready to wear, and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. The advisor supports merchandising, shop floor maintenance, and upholds brand presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service and execute the sales ceremony to exceed client expectations
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and participate in variable commission programs
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and use of clientele tools
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and communicate brand heritage and values
• Support merchandising and visual presentation on the shop floor
• Maintain operational excellence and uphold brand standards
• Assist with shop floor maintenance and organization

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience
• Experience selling womens and mens ready to wear
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and a client portfolio
• Knowledge of luxury retail sales practices and visual merchandising
• Professional presentation and commitment to brand standards
