Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
- Apply product knowledge to maximize sales value and units per transaction
- Capture and maintain accurate customer information in the database
- Promote store events through email phone and personalized notes
- Maintain and expand a client book and perform consistent client follow up
- Assist with shipping alterations and resolution of client issues
- Support shipping receiving and inventory control as requested
- Assist with general housekeeping and maintain the store image
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years retail experience with a focus on sales preferably in luxury
- Business school university degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proven ability to build and manage a client book strongly preferred
- Computer literate and able to learn various software programs
- Service oriented with strong customer focus
- Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Foreign languages are a plus
