Client Advisor

Summary

Provide exceptional client service in a luxury boutique environment while meeting individual and store sales goals. Act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor, support team operations, and maintain the boutique's visual and operational standards. Use clienteling and CRM tools to build and retain long-term customer relationships and source new clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impeccable, personalized service and represent the brand on the sales floor.
• Mentor colleagues and ensure the smooth running of the sales ceremony and client experience.
• Demonstrate deep product and brand knowledge and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
• Proactively use and update CRM tools to manage clientele and identify potential clients.
• Support merchandising, shop floor maintenance, and execution of sales initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience selling both women’s and men’s ready-to-wear.
• Proven ability to use CRM/clienteling tools and meet sales targets.
