Client Advisor - Easton Town Center

Summary

Provide exceptional luxury retail service as a Client Advisor, embodying the brand and delivering elevated client experiences to foster loyalty and achieve commercial targets. Use strong communication and clienteling to build relationships, capture client data, and drive repeat business. Maintain professionalism, flexibility for nontraditional hours, and proficiency with POS and client tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized sales experiences using the brand touch and memorable service techniques
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat purchases and lifetime value
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets
• Capture and maintain accurate client data in POS and clienteling systems
• Create elevated in store experiences and act on client feedback to improve NPS
• Identify opportunities to grow business through product knowledge and styling
• Convert clients through curiosity driven discovery during appointments
• Work flexible schedule including days nights weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Experience in retail luxury retail or client service such as hospitality
• Proven track record of achieving commercial sales results
• Ability to build rapport and connect with a diverse client base
• Proficiency with POS client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Flexibility to work nontraditional hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and brand ambassador skills
