Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and event cosmetic sales goals
• Provide professional make-up consultations and application
• Identify client needs through effective questioning to recommend products and services
• Actively use social media to grow personal brand and client base
• Utilize online clienteling tools to record and maintain client information
• Cross sell across product lines to increase client basket
• Offer and promote in-store services to personalize client experience
• Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming counter space
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience within the beauty industry
• Proven sales experience achieving or exceeding goals
• Comfortable learning and using online clienteling software
• Familiarity with social media for business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide professional make-up and treatment consultations
• Customer focused with ability to build and maintain client relationships
