Summary
The Client Advisor is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, achieving individual and store sales goals, maintaining client relationships, and representing the brand professionally. This role requires product knowledge, proficiency with POS and CRM systems, and participation in store operations and visual standards.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales goals and meet critical metrics and CRM requirements
- Build and maintain client books and manage client correspondence and follow through
- Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns
- Use POS and inventory systems accurately and update customer database
- Participate in stocking, restocking, and regular store maintenance
- Support visual merchandising standards with direction from VM and management
- Participate in training new Client Advisors and attendance at team meetings
- Adhere to loss prevention standards and all store policies and procedures
- Maintain professional appearance and follow brand dress code and grooming standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience, luxury retail preferred
- High school diploma required
- Strong drive for results and goal oriented with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and digital literacy
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and perform physical store tasks
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Organizational skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Foreign language skills and RTW experience preferred
