Client Advisor

Summary

As a Client Advisor at Fendi in New York City, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and surpassing sales targets. By cultivating meaningful relationships with clients, you will tailor their in-store experience to enhance their perception of Fendi, fostering long-lasting connections through our clienteling tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
• Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
• Build and maintain client books and follow up on client concerns and inquiries.
• Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
• Participate in stocking/restocking of the store and maintain visual standards.
• Use POS system accurately and update customer database.
• Acquire product knowledge and stay informed about company news and competition.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to Fendi dress code.
• Open/close the store as needed and participate in team meetings.
• Adhere to loss prevention and health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
• RTW experience preferred; foreign language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Organizational skills and strong digital literacy required.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
