Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and apply the Gucci selling ceremony
- Capture and maintain client data using company CRM and an organized client book
- Discuss fashion trends and provide personalized advice to clients
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent luxury experience
- Maintain store security and ensure safety of customers and merchandise
- Uphold visual merchandising and image standards
- Keep understock and stock room neat and organized
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or similar customer service role
- Proven ability to drive sales results and build lasting client relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail
- Team-focused with ability to collaborate effectively
- Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
