The Client Advisor provides exceptional luxury client service, embodies brand values, and creates a branded customer experience. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, building lasting client relationships, and representing the brand in a retail store environment at Forum Shops Las Vegas.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and apply the Gucci selling ceremony
- Drive and exceed individual KPI goals through quality sales and client engagement
- Capture and maintain accurate customer data in CRM for client development
- Maintain an active, neat, and organized client book with regular follow up
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience
- Maintain store security standards and uphold visual merchandising guidelines
- Adhere to brand image standards and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or similar customer service role
- Proven ability to drive sales results and build client relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and multitasking ability
- Strong organization, follow up, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Team-focused with desire to collaborate effectively
- Ability to work in a fast moving, dynamic environment
- High flexibility to adapt to different customers and schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
