Client Advisor - Forum Shops

Summary

The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador who delivers exceptional client experiences by welcoming clients, discovering needs, and cultivating long-term relationships. This role drives sales and key KPIs while supporting store operations, visual merchandising, and training as needed. The Client Advisor represents Moncler standards in presentation and service on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of client service and execute the Moncler Client Promise and experience standards.
• Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through proactive outreach and active clientele management.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs (ADT, UPT, data capture, repurchase rate).
• Support store operations including inventory preparation, customer charge sends, repairs, and holds.
• Assist with visual merchandising standards and support training or team needs as assigned.
• Collaborate with store leadership and teammates to contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment; hospitality or client-oriented roles may be considered.
• Client-centric with strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional presentation required.
• Dependable, punctual, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional languages preferred (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese).
• Technologically savvy with familiarity with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
