Summary

Provide elevated styling and relationship-driven service to clients in-store and digitally, using technology and omni-channel tools to drive sales and cultivate long-term client relationships. Report to the Sales Manager and support store goals through exceptional customer engagement and expertise in fashion and trends.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized outreach and in-person service
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to advise clients
• Use digital selling tools and store technology to drive omni-channel sales
• Achieve personal sales targets client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize and manage own client business to increase productivity
• Utilize social media and digital tools to connect with clients and generate traffic
• Collaborate with store team to create a positive work environment

Requirements

• Experience in fashion retail styling and selling to clients
• Proven commission sales experience
• Comfortable using technology for outreach and digital sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including in-store hours
