Summary
The Client Advisor delivers a branded luxury client experience by meeting individual client needs and promoting the brand philosophy. This role focuses on achieving sales goals, building lasting client relationships, and maintaining store standards while representing the brand.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service following the branded selling ceremony
- Drive and exceed individual KPI goals through quality sales and client engagement
- Capture and maintain accurate client data using CRM tools
- Maintain an active, organized client book with regular follow up
- Advise clients on trends and luxury product knowledge including brand history
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent client experience
- Maintain store security and uphold visual merchandising standards
- Adhere to brand image standards and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales or similar customer service experience
- Proven ability to drive results and build lasting customer relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organization, follow up, and attention to detail
- Team focused with ability to collaborate effectively
- Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment
- High flexibility to adapt to different customers and schedules
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
