Summary
Full time sales associate responsible for delivering exceptional client service in-store and virtually, representing the brand, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting store operations including key-holder duties and inventory tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt attentive and knowledgeable assistance to clients and maintain high service standards
- Fulfill key-holder responsibilities including store opening closing and cash handling
- Manage client book with follow up via phone calls emails and thank you letters
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and proactively pursue opportunities to increase sales
- Assist with inventory special projects shipping and receiving and back of house coverage
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and merchandise product
- Use register systems and other store technology including UltiPro for attendance
- Adhere to uniform grooming and store policies and end of day procedures
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience preferred with strong customer service skills
- Ability to perform cash handling and key-holder duties responsibly
- Familiarity with inventory processes shipping and receiving tasks
- Strong communication skills for client follow up and relationship building
- Ability to meet sales targets and maintain productivity
- Comfortable assisting clients with try on and product selection
- Reliable attendance and ability to work full time 40 hours per week
