The Client Advisor delivers a branded luxury client experience by meeting individual client needs, promoting the philosophy and values of the brand, and representing Gucci in store. The role focuses on building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and contributing to store sales and visual standards.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow the Gucci selling ceremony
- Capture meaningful customer data using company CRM tools
- Maintain an active, accurate, and organized client book with regular follow up
- Advise clients on product knowledge, trends, and luxury market developments
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent client experience
- Maintain security standards and ensure safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise
- Uphold visual display standards and maintain neat understock and stock room
- Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies
Requirements
- 1+ years of prior service related work experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including up to 20 hours per week with primary weekend availability
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to multitask
- Proficient with technology and CRM tools
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Additional languages are a plus
- Service mindset with passion for fashion and luxury products
- Strong organization, follow up skills, and attention to detail
