The Client Advisor provides exceptional luxury service, representing the brand and delivering a branded client experience. This role focuses on achieving individual and store sales goals, building client relationships through CRM and maintaining visual and store standards.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge following the selling ceremony
- Capture and maintain accurate client data using company CRM
- Manage an active and organized client book with regular follow up
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury product knowledge
- Collaborate as a team to ensure consistent client experiences
- Maintain store security and safeguard customers and merchandise
- Uphold visual merchandising standards and organized stock areas
- Adhere to company image standards and policies
Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including primarily weekend hours up to 20 hours per week
- 1+ years of prior service related work experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with technology and CRM tools
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong organization, follow up and attention to detail
- Service oriented with passion for fashion and building client relationships
- Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing needs
