Responsibilities
- Deliver branded luxury client experiences and exceed client expectations
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets
- Capture and maintain accurate client data using company CRM tools
- Maintain an organized and up to date client book with regular follow up
- Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
- Keep understock and stock room neat and organized
- Adhere to company image standards and store policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent client experience
- Maintain store security and safety procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of prior service related work experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with primary weekend availability up to 20 hours per week
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to multitask
- Proficiency with technology and CRM tools
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Additional languages are a plus
- Service mindset with passion for fashion and luxury products
- Strong organization, follow up, and attention to detail
