The Client Advisor is a part-time boutique selling supervisor focused on driving sales through exceptional client service, coaching team members, and supporting store operations to deliver a world-class luxury retail experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive personal sales and exceed KPIs through client engagement
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury products and trends
- Foster relationships with VIP and loyal clients through clienteling
- Supervise train and motivate sales associates to meet targets
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance performance
- Support recruitment onboarding and development of team members
- Oversee daily operations including stock management and loss prevention
- Uphold brand visual and merchandising standards
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in retail management or related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in POS systems CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of luxury products market trends and high-end service expectations
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment
